🚙 Golf Cart Policy
To provide the best pace of play and overall guest experience:
- Two (2) shared golf carts are provided per foursome.
- Single-rider golf carts are not available.
- Non-playing riders are not permitted.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of play to avoid cancellation penalties.
⏱ Pace of Play
Your enjoyment on the course is our top priority. Our expected pace of play for 18 holes is 4 hours and 20 minutes.
Please help us maintain an enjoyable experience for everyone by:
- Keeping pace with the group ahead.
- Playing “Ready Golf” whenever appropriate.
- Limiting search time for lost golf balls.
- Following the guidance of our Player Assistants.

Most tee time reservations include a $25 Food & Beverage Voucher.
Your voucher may be redeemed at:
- Bellatrix Restaurant
- Classic Grille

Voucher Guidelines
- Valid only on your day of play.
- Must be redeemed in one (1) transaction.
- No cash value.
- Reservations are recommended, but not required, for Bellatrix Restaurant.
🍺 Outside Alcohol Policy
Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Food and beverages are available throughout the property at:
- Bellatrix Restaurant
- Classic Grille
- Beverage Cart Service
Guests found with outside alcohol may be asked to leave the property without refund.
⛳ Rental Clubs
Premium Callaway Rental Sets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rental Fee: $60 per set
Each rental includes:
- Latest Callaway rental clubs
- Six (6) Classic Club logo golf balls
- Custom Classic Club souvenir pouch
🔁 Replay Rounds
Replay rates are based on same-day availability and may only be reserved through the Golf Shop following completion of your first round.
🌴 Coachella Valley Resident Program
Participants in the Coachella Valley Resident Card Program must reserve tee times through the Resident Portal to receive Resident pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance can I reserve a tee time?
Individual tee times may be booked up to 60 days in advance. For larger groups or tournaments, please contact the Golf Shop directly.
Can I request my own golf cart?
No. Golf carts are assigned as two shared carts per foursome. Single-rider carts and non-playing riders are not available.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours before the day of play will not incur cancellation penalties.
Are rental clubs available?
Yes. Premium Callaway rental sets are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis for $60.
